Office 365 cloud services
Microsoft Office 365 account will be opened for every student who has registered for courses.
This includes:
- A 50 GB volume exchange mailbox includes managing calendar, contacts and tasks.
- 1T volume on OneDrive.
- Office 365 for installation on 5 computers or tablets / laptops, including license management.
- Complete web interface to office365 apps.

Your credentials for the first login are stored in the Students Portal under the Info tab.
The Help Desk can assist with the credentials.

Correspondence from the university:
To update the e-mail address to be used to receive official correspondence from the university at:
University website >> “Students” tab >> Student Portal >> under “Online Services” >> “Address Update”.
Correspondence from the school:
To update the e-mail address to be used to receive official correspondence from the School please contact the Department administrators.
Wi-Fi
AirCarmel network
Free internet network (no need for login password). Intended for use by students, faculty members and guests of the university.
The network is open for use throughout the university and does not require a password.
Eduroam network
This network requires an initial definition. The identification details are:
Username: 9-digit-ID@haifa.ac.il
Password: SSO pssword
For MacOS and iPhone you must run in edvance the definition script https://eduroam.haifa.ac.il/eduroam.mobileconfig
