MSc in Marine Geosciences
“I completed my MSc in Marine Geosciences at the University of Haifa (2016–2019) under the supervision of Professors Beverly Goodman-Tchernov and Michael D. Krom. I subsequently earned a dual PhD in Marine Chemistry from Ocean University of China and the University of Western Brittany, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Ocean University of China.
In 2026, I joined Beibu Gulf University as an Associate Professor, where I lead an independent research group studying biogeochemical cycles in tropical marginal seas, with a particular focus on silicon and phosphorus cycling in coastal ecosystems such as mangroves and seagrasses.
I gained exceptional scientific training at the Leon H. Charney School that combined rigorous theory, hands-on fieldwork, and mentorship from leading marine scientists. It developed my core research competencies and provided the indispensable foundation for my career.”
