“I was interested in the program even before October 7, 2023, and then when the studies actually began during the war, it testified to me how significant the issue of maritime strategy is for understanding the space in which we live. The State of Israel is an island economy, and for managing the maritime environment, a holistic view is required that touches on all levels, such as international relations, maritime law, and blue economy. During the program, we touched on everything, and on a professional level, I gained invaluable knowledge. At the same time, such a high-quality group of students was created that it was a pleasure to study alongside them in the program, and I gained friends for life – even after that.”
