I am currently an Assistant Professor, heading the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/marsci.haifa.ac.il\/sail\/home\">Swarm and AI (SAIL) Lab<\/a>, at the Hatter Department of Marine Technologies. Prior to joining the University of Haifa, I was the founder and CTO of Autonomy &amp; Data Science R&amp;D in the government sector, working with research partners around the world and leading research groups, for more than twenty years. In the last five years, I am working on joint research with CSAIL &amp; LIDS MIT labs and UPenn, on swarms and machine learning algorithms.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-9172\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Research Interests<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-9172\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-9172\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>My research focus on making humanity better, using swarms and AI across scales. The adaptability and scalability of swarms make them particularly suited to tasks that require distributed sensing, acting, and processing, presenting numerous possibilities for addressing complex and large-scale challenges facing humanity.
