The 10th annual retreat of the Department of Marine Biology, headed by Prof. Smadar Ben-tabou De-leon, took place at 7.3.24 at the University campus. It was attended by about 100 participants, including PhD and MSc students, post-doc scholars, principle investigators, lab managers, research associates and representative of four sponsoring companies.<\/p>

During the retreat, students and researchers presented their scientific works in lectures and posters, demonstrating the multidisciplinary research in the department that advances the understanding of life in the oceans and their conservation. Rhenium representative presented the advanced properties of Rhenium new Digital PCR.<\/p>
