In the department of Marine Geosciences, we study ongoing processes and those that occurred in the past, which has shaped the marine environment from the clay size in the sediment to the entire stratigraphic level

The department students study a wide angle of methods and experiences, starting from educational cruise, diving, interpretation of seismic profiles in the lab, sampling the sea-floor and participation in classes and different forums.

Duration of studies
Ms.C. studies: Two years.
Ph.D. Studies: Four years (in two stages), according to the Research Authority program.
