| Dr. Aviad Scheinin is a researcher at the Leon Recanati Institute for Maritime Studies, and a teaching associate in the department of Maritime Civilizations at the Charney School of Marine Science. He received his BSc and MSc degrees (Biology & Ecology Sciences, respectively) from the Tel Aviv University and his PhD degree on the ecology of the local bottlenose dolphin population and their interaction with the bottom trawl fishery in the University of Haifa. He is currently involved in aspects of marine mammal ecology and conservation. | |
